Right after I ordered from the listing I liked best, I sent a clear photo of the recipe to be used. Steve was great at communicating at each step. He sent me multiple proofs when I did not even expect to receive one. The process of ordering to receiving the product was quick and easy. The cutting board is beautiful; the wood is smooth and high-quality. The recipe is burned/engraved into the surface, so I don't think it will fade.
